Our Keynote speaker, David Goodman, was first involved with directories in 1990, when he became project manager for PARADISE. Since then, he has worked for Soft*Switch, Lotus, Metamerge, IBM, and several other multi-national companies in the directories and identity arena. He has been both Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of EEMA – the European Electronic Messaging Association – and is now an independent consultant while also finding time to be a regular contributor to BBC Radio Scotland.
