What’s New In OpenLDAP

Friday 20th October, from 9 to 9.40 AM

Status of the OpenLDAP 2.4 and 2.5 releases, new performance enhancements and other features in 2.5, and the state of the Project.

OpenLDAP 2.4 has been in feature freeze so we can focus on preparing OpenLDAP 2.5 for release. The 2.5 code has performance enhancements in the thread pool, connection manager, and back-mdb, as well as new features like back-asyncmeta, the asynchronous metadirectory backend.
