In all cases, Belgian tax (VAT) will be charged at 21% on top of the above prices. VAT-registered entities in EU countries can reclaim this from their local tax office.
How to Sponsor
- Choose a sponsorship level from the list above
- Send an e-mail to paola.penati@opensides.be with this information:
– Sponsorship level: PLatinum, Gold or Silver
– Company name and invoice address
– VAT number if you have one
– Artwork for your logo at various sizes, including one no more than 100×200 pix to go on the website
– Web URL that your logo should link to - You will get an invoice from Opensides , which is handling the money for the conference. This will include details for bank transfers etc.
- Pay the invoice
- We will add your logo to the conference website and send you booking codes to claim your free tickets.
